Whack Patch

Golf requires consistent practice, with a recommendation to work on your swing at least twice a week. Many golf schools advise beginners and young golfers to practice hitting 50 golf balls daily. To follow through, you might plan visits to a driving range or golf course. However, obstacles like work, school, homework, traffic, weather conditions, family commitments, and financial constraints can interfere with these plans. While large golf nets are an option for home practice, space availability poses another challenge.

Beginning and young golfers have the opportunity to practice 25 golf swings off the rubber tee with Whack Patch at home, then flip the golf ball sling to the opposite side to continue with another 25 swings off grass turf. Consider Whack Patch not just as a tool for utilizing your golf clubs at home, but as a comprehensive method for enhancing your golf skills in a convenient and effective way. Ask yourself, would your golf swing improve if you practiced 30 to 50 golf swings daily?

We construct a robust Whack Patch using wire cable and steel parts, ensuring its durability. While it supports full golf swings, we recommend beginning with slow-motion swings to cultivate a comfortable and repeatable technique. Slowing down your swing speed allows you to meticulously observe and refine every aspect of your golf swing, from mechanics to hand-eye coordination. This focused practice leads to improved accuracy and consistency.

The young golfer featured in the video gains a considerable edge by practicing his golf swing at home using his Whack Patch. This dedicated practice puts him at a distinct advantage compared to other young golfers who do not have the same opportunity to refine their skills.

Whack Patch can be used both indoors and outdoors. Its 5.5 lb. weight and dimensions of 12" x 14" make it portable, allowing you to practice your full golf swing in any suitable area.

The essence of Whack Patch is to offer golfers a method to practice their swing mechanics at home. As previously stated, we advise beginning with slow-motion full golf swings when utilizing Whack Patch. Engaging in slow-motion practice enables golfers to focus on developing muscle memory, rhythm, tempo, the basics, mechanics, and hand-eye coordination, among other aspects. Gradually, they can progress to medium-speed full golf swings, always with an emphasis on refining technique. The aim is to evolve towards executing full-speed swings while maintaining a sharp focus on technique.

Resources such as PGA Golf and The Golf Channel offer complimentary slow-motion golf swing videos, supporting this learning process. The ultimate goal of Whack Patch is to help golfers achieve a comfortable and consistently repeatable golf swing.
